Where's the freakin' update?!?! I need my fix!

The Duke-UConn game had to be one of the best Final Four games ever. It was sort of epic all the way through.

UConn was up big, then Duke was up big, then UConn made a last-chance push at the end, and came away with it.

Well, Duke and OK State went down...which officially kills my chances.

Look for an update soon.

I really am surprised that nobody else picked Duke. I was thinking maybe half of the entries would have Duke going all the way. Maybe I'm overthinking it.

Picking BC over GA Tech is understandable, considering your point system. I haven't competed with that point system since we did it at CCS with Mr. Davis (2 pts. for a correct upset, 1 pt. for other victories).

Too obvious? If it was obvious, it seems like more than one other person out of our twenty would've picked them.

I picked GA Tech to go down to Boston College. We receive extra points if we pick upsets correctly. I figured that one was plausible.

It just seems too obvious for Duke to be going all the way. That's why I didn't pick them to. I have them losing to Texas in the Elite 8. Their matchup tonight against Illinois will be tough though.

How far did you pick GA Tech to go, Marchant? It's making me sick hearing sports people say that Nevada can beat them tonight.

UAB is looking strong with their "40 minutes of hell" defense. Alabama's tough season schedule is paying off. UCONN and Ok. St. are both looking pretty tough too.

Added a bit more to the 'Game Over' section upon Robert reminding me that I left some pretty big happenings out.

Heh, you said 'merit.'

Personally, I was never a big fan of "The Lion King". I don't know what it was, but from "Aladdin" to "Emperor's New Groove" none of the Disney movies appealed to me.

On a side note, will the person with a computer named 'Kristi' please raise their hand?

I watched Lady and the Tramp last Friday, it wasn't as good as I remembered it being. Kind of boring. But at least I could sit through it, unlike Pooh's Grand Adventure. They totally butchered the Pooh series with that one. I have yet to see Piglet's Big Adventure.
I watched Lion King earlier last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. I think that's one that will never get old.

I'm in the mood for re-watching the old Disney animated classics. Two weeks ago, I saw "The Sword and the Stone," after you mentioned it in your journal. Then, this past week, I watched "Bambi." I think next I'll watch "Cinderella" and "Lady and the Tramp."
