Wow. I'm an updating machine lately. ;)

Anyway, thought it's been long enough that you guys would miss it on the last entry (though if you haven't read it yet, it's only two days old), and I'm trying to stick with a maximum of one picture per entry.

This was just too funny to let rest though. Marit made a startling discovery:

I think that pic's from 9th grade (6 years ago), and it's the longest my hair has ever been.

Gave my "informative speech" today. Think it went fairly well, though it wasn't exactly terribly exciting, and I was somewhat nervous. Hopefully I killed my "um" habit though.

Came home after little sleep last night and crashed before my film class. We watched another very strange movie - "Germany, Pale Mother". We also watched "Two Women" on Monday, in addition to "The Tin Drum", "Rome: Open City", "The Night Of The Shooting Stars", and "Triumph Of The Will" over the past few weeks. So far most of them have mixed surrealism and graphic violence/tragedy. They've been interesting, but not all that entertaining. I'm forgetting what traditional movies are like since 90% of the ones I've seen in the past two or three months have been really odd.

Hung out with Rick and John tonight for the first time in a while. They were watching a movie when I went over, but ended up calling their girlfriends after a bit. Think both of them talked for over an hour. Rick has a tendency to argue with Jenny a good bit when I'm around, so I spent most of the time trying to focus on tv, interjecting comments and requests for calm every now and then. Watched "Rendez-View" for the first time. Interesting show - dates with a panel of commentators reviewing the footage. "The Fifth Wheel" came on after that. Also an interesting premise, but based upon the idea that the couples will definitely hook-up. What automatically makes people on shows like that so promiscuous? The camera? Or do they just find the loosest people they can? Still, I thought I'd check out their websites and a filled out an application. Think it'd be funny. They asked for celebrities that I resemble. John suggested that occasionally I look like Ben Stiller.

Oh, and Paul introduced me to the joys of yet another game - MahJong Solitaire on Yahoo. Playing that also led to my discovery of this other game called Collapse.

Quick update...found out two new items today. One, the other girl in my Spanish Composition class that I was considering asking on a date...well, in the middle of a great conversation today she mentioned something about her boyfriend. So, that means out of two possible summer dates, both chances were shot down (though, without rejection). Oh, and I talked to Caitlyn briefly today about Kelly. She promised that she hadn't mentioned my name in talking with her. Apparently, they're friends, but not that close.

Well, that's all for now. Sorry for a somewhat unenlightening entry. =)

"Marit made a startling discovery."

Did yall know that Marchant goes back and rewrites yall's comments on old entries. I mean really, how many do you go back and reread. Like once isn't enough. But he is really going to redo all the comments and try to get his diary re-reviewed, cause he blames the comments portion of his diary on his 'C'. What a guy huh?

I'd like to be on the price is right. I can't pick which game I would hope to play, the fight is between Plinko or the yodel one. It's tough...

Okay, well first of all, I know this is going to sound heartless, but Marchant your lack of experience with girls is starting to make a lot of sense. No wonder your mom always tried to set you up with girls, she must have had no faith that you could do it yourself. Sorry so harsh, but look at the good news. I recently heard from a very very attractive source, who saw a certain picture of you and thought you looked really good in that picture. She showed this picture to someone else and there were good comments. Unfortunately that beautiful girl is already taken, but still this story should keep you optimistic. PS with hair like that, you will never get Rachel.

First of all, that's really sick that you mentioned Rendez-View. Last night I was talking to d about it and how I saw it for the first time, and that I liked it. Then I admitted an old desire I used to have that I wanted to be on one of those dating shows. Not one of the new crappier "Fifth Wheel" ones, but one like Rendez-View or The Dating Game. Then I told her that it stinks I will never be able to do that now. She didn't really like that comment much but regardless my only "hollywood" childhood dream left if to be on the price is right. What do you say Marchant...road trip? Come on, who doesn't want to be on that show?
